You're in for a lot of fun! Our classes cater to individuals of all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or more advanced. If it's your first time, please inform our coaches, as they are dedicated to ensuring you have a fantastic exercise experience.
If you have an injury, we advise consulting with your GP, physiotherapist, or medical provider before attending the class. Please notify our experienced coaches about your injury, and they will work with you to modify certain movements accordingly.
Lots of women can keep up their fitness routines with some changes, but it’s important to talk to your healthcare provider before coming to our class. Once you get the green light, just let our coaches know you’re pregnant, and they’ll help you adjust things so you can exercise safely and get the most out of it. Please ask our admin which classes that are being coached by certified prenatal trainer.

Children as young as 15 years old can participate with parental supervision or guardianship.
Grip socks, boxing gloves, sweat towels, and water bottle. It is suggested to bring your own boxing gloves, however we do provide it if you don’t have one.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get ready. Starting on time ensures everyone's safety and ensures the best workout for all participants.
Our shower room has been designed for your comfort. Shower towel ready for rent for IDR 20,000.
Our café serves coffee,smoothies with protein,and gluten-free food. We also have GLOWUP Social Salon that provides eyelash extensions, nail art, and hair styling services.
We do have other classes like Dance/B.L.C/Body Barre/Strike (Muay Thai functional training). Please check the KIRRA Room for the timetable.
